It Is Decision Time
New minds, new bodies, new hearts~ everyday a choice, every day love.
The New Human Paradigm
Beyond all the
details in individual lives -this now is a big WOW in how energy is moving in
general, to what end and how it is affecting people from every walk of life! It
is decision time for humanity! I was working with someone today and got into
some really deep spaces of understanding and articulation around 2013 and what
is happening in our world at this time. Up through the end of 2012 - the
energies were really buoyant and there was a lot of additional lightness
because of so many focused on 2012 and what changes it would bring. In a way,
there was a false "sense of hope" because so many were projecting
what they "HOPED" would happen and change… all the while,
the majority not really changing lives and self, letting go and trusting
to the degree that was/is necessary to step into the new atmosphere and
reality. And now here we are in 2013 - and it is like the training wheels have
come off the bike and who is really ready/capable of riding the bike and
holding the energy of the higher spaces on their own??
The Old Paradigm
energy matrix is really grungy, ghetto-ee like in nature right
now and for those who are not reaching into and incorporating the spiritual
into their lives, it is an even greater struggle to keep "up" and find
balance - lots of reverted behavior and attitude. It is not surprising to me at
all that many relationship issues are currently amplified because conscious or
not, everyone’s energy matrix is speaking volumes about core intentions and
beliefs at this time. I am seeing energy fields in a combative state as couples
and various family relations attempt to go about “business as usual.” Wave upon
wave of transparency is setting communication up for “near miss” scenarios - imagine speaking directly to someone or
they to you in the way you always have – expecting the moment to be the same as
it has always been - and yet your energy shoots right past the intended
recipient or vice versa because you are each in completely different streams of
energy. Neither is right or wrong but it is for each to find a center in this
now and truly see life for what it IS (not what it was) and what it is truly
communicating to you. Because the new energy is increasingly loud and clear! It
is important to understand and really take inward that much of what is going on
in misfire communications and relationship challenges is not about the
identities present but the ENERGY present! In one recent scenario with a client
it was clear to me from a vibrational assessment that what was going on between
she and her partner was way bigger than what each person was expressing and
demanding. It is not uncommon, especially in long term relationships for one
partner to begin to wake up and stretch the parameters of former agreements
while the other is perfectly content to remain in the old story with everything
staying as it has always been. And again, one is not better or lesser, right or
wrong. But there is a very real lobby going on for energetic authority! Beyond
ego and the need to be right or fear of not being seen and loved – this is a
matter of bringing in the Light to every scenario or allow the shadow and
density to remain.
So the position
to view these instances from is whether or not new is being allowed in and the
feminine balanced with the masculine dynamics. Be very discerning in your
reality and relationships about what is amenable to change and what is
unyielding! In many such scenarios I witness individuals still negotiating with
their adult relationships the same
container of energy that has influenced them since childhood! It is for each individual to decide to play a new role
and when! It is for each of us in this expansive moment of human evolution to
get off the fence of old identity and decide who we want to be and then STAND
UP FOR THAT – BE VIGILANT about archetypal dynamics that are old and dark
energy because relationships that remain in old agreements ultimately help to
hold the old masculine/feminine suppression on the planet in place. This can
absolutely be present even and especially so with those you hold most dear.
Again, see your current interactions not as between identities but between
ENERGIES and levels of consciousness. Consciousness that the Light has not come
into will cling to old stereotypes and societal grooves as if life depended on
it. And in a way, it does. Be fierce in your devotion to the evolution of your
own Soul and you do much to assist in the evolution of the many. Only you can
decide you are now ready and deserve more than what has been. Unchanging
dynamics and the perpetuation of old roles and agreements will eventually create
disease in individual and entire lineages!
There is a lot of
Guidance present all around and in each moment – energy beckoning us into new,
into deeper trust and profound levels of intimacy with new and emerging tribes.
There are many people at the same "go for it or stop playing at it"
fork in the road so to speak. I have a single mom (about the most precarious
and in need of safeguards predicament - egoically) who has been in a management
position in retail for years and last month the owner of the company decided to
do a complete overhaul of the business and fired everyone - including single mom!!
(she has a 4 year old and the father has never been any support). Now, if ever
the egoic, conscious thinking mind was gonna freak out - it would have been
this scenario with every reason to justify it! But she is just NO LONGER THERE,
consciously! I have worked with her for 2 years now through a lot of growth,
upheaval and admirable transformation and she did not miss a beat! She said to
me that clearly it was time for her to move on - and she had known this on some
level… yet where she was had been easy and known and a paycheck she had gotten
use to. She understood this latest tumult in her reality as the Universe doing
for her what she couldn't do for herself and jumped right into creating her “what
next!” She made business cards and a website around this really unique idea and
niche and is COMPLETELY high on life. The majority of people do not realize
that the greatest security and extended life measuring stick there is - is to
be high on life! Love what you do - do what you love. She had NO IDEA what was
coming or a plan about what next - but when the space
appeared - a new part of the brain kicked in that includes the imagination and
inspiration and passion. NONE of which are present when we wake up and go
to bed each day with the gravity of a backdrop of sameness. What do the Shining
Ones continually, with compassion, consistently remind - clear the way and the way will be made clear!
The old energy,
old masculine paradigm is a very entrenched, regimented, uninspired and
ultimately fearful expression of consciousness and energy. If it has any power
at all it is its history in keeping humanity bound and disconnected from the
Creative Heart. Make no apologies when you encounter this dense, stuck energy;
neither judge it or try to change it for that is not your work to do! Your work
is to shift forward in your desires for your Self and this world – your work is
to discover your Soul and deepen that communion here on Earth. There will be
those that will lash out at the Light you are stepping forth into, all the
while entrenched in blame and the need to feel sorry for themselves. To wake up
and grow and create new life in these times is to be really sober and honest
about the immediate and long-term impact of these old agreements on the journey
of your Soul. You can choose to remain in what is and has been or step out on
behalf of the Light, of humanity and Earth and your SELF. IT IS DECISION TIME.
Each person has free will to decide anything they want - but each MUST DECIDE. “Do
I want my remaining days of life experience to be 3D - or am I ready to BE
my 5D expression and Light?” The choice is NOW!

Indwelling Wisdom
How many of
you can relate to the picture above? How many of you yearn for such moments,
yet can't quite connect the dots between the yearning and the being? One of the
things I love about this image is how
much this simple moment reflects everyday life in the outer reality. At any
given moment we are viewing both a true reality (in
this picture, the actual landscape) and an illusion. (the sky reflected in the
lake) Greater still, there is a you that gets swept up in the busyness of the
illusion, the deadlines and fears, expectations and status quo... all the while
a You that observes in stillness, that watches the movie in silence,
free of emotion, free of thought, simply and wholly free. And too, the indigo
hues and placid tones of this image reflect the subtle yet powerful invitation
extended to all of humanity at this time: the journey into the deep heart of
Self, of Existence, of God. It is time to enter in.
Indwelling
Wisdom belongs to each and everyone equally. The question is, when some other
is behaving out of accord with the essence in this picture, when your
experience is fraught with resistance and your monies fall short of your
expenses, still, can you emanate the peace of the one sitting in solitude on a
dock in the quiet of a morning prayer? This is the seeker's greatest quest
at this turn key of the Earth's evolution. When the mind perceives
shortcomings and deficits in other, we heal that same fragment in ourselves
when we are able to be completely still in response, taking ourselves out of
the illusion that yet dwells there and redirecting the mind to the heart, to
stillness, to no need, to peace.
One of the
questions I have both experienced personally in my journey and hear often over
the years is beautifully and sincerely reflected in the exchange below. A
listener and follower of the New Human Paradigm recently wrote in... may
you find his sincerity and the response of this New Consciousness helpful
as you continue to deepen your own quest of Self and Enlightenment.
Question:
The hardest
part about waking up and learning the true reality is how to convey it to
family and friends. The husband of a friend crossed over yesterday after a
terrible infection from a parasite ate away at his body. As I got the news I
could not help responding internally, that he's ok he's just not in the
physical with us anymore but he's alive. But his wife, a friend of mine for
almost 27 yrs is in pain over the loss. I wanted to share what I know, but felt
it was not the correct thing to do. I even want to teach how she can go into
the spirit realm and connect with him if he hasn't returned. As you know I have
been dealing with the physical death since I was 3yrs old and now I totally get
it. What's your advice on how to comfort those who don't know the truth but

New
Paradigm:
The
best thing we can do for each other, no matter what level of awareness one is
in, is just be there in loving kindness. Not so much to fill the spaces with
what we think they do not know or have - but be there. Oftentimes, even when we
have the best of intentions, to bring the energy of what "we" think
or know, can impose energy on someone who is already in a fragile place. One of
the most important things I have learned in over 30 years of being on my path
and a teacher of the higher realms is that I only offer, when I am asked. If I
"think" someone would benefit from what I know - that is ego. But as
I live my life and share my joy and hold spaces of Light for all - people come
of their own accord, when they are ready. As a newly emerging human, you are
the invitation to a remembrance each carries within. Additionally, they are not
going to "hear" you if they are not ready. So, trust the energy you
are vibrating as you continue to awaken and grow your Light Geoff... radiate
your love and care to her without expectation that she be in any other place
than where she is right now!
Additional
reflection~
There
is not a lot about this now that we can put words to, but the themes of this
passage into a new cycle of humanity and Earth are Trust, Inner Authority,
Deepening and Emergence. No matter what is out picturing, the greater truth of
what is happening can be found in the wisdom of these evolutionary constructs.
And so, whether a tornado levels a town or an aging parent passes or the body
develops a disease or your financial world topples, the whole Universe is at
hand and calling this species into deeper understanding and possibilities of
Being. God Being: Unlimited Being: Intelligent, Evolved, Compassionate and Wise
expressions of the Light of Infinite Realms.
Trust~ Can
you sit still and contemplate holiness in the most unsettling, unholiest of
circumstances? Can you open your heart and breathe in magnified spaces of
gratitude when all that surrounds you seems to fly in the face of peace? Can
you see past the details of an experience, shining the light of who you are out
in to~ until the illusion dematerializes and the greater reality reveals
itself. These are the questions Trust poses!
Inner Authority~ How forthcoming are you with your Spirituality? How
confident are you with the idea of Self-Reliance, the ability to rely only on
Self for all needs; emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, financial,
creative, survival? How strong is your Center and Balance when it comes to
commanding your reality from within, independent of outside approval,
acceptance or permission?
Deepening~ Again, there is a critical thrust into stillness; stilling the mind,
quieting old belief and habits of thought, over-riding the tendency to rely on
known routines, rituals and objectives to the detriment of hearing and feeling
the Voice of Spirit within? Deepening is synonymous with devotion. How much of
your day and time and moments do you give to the devotion of remembrance, to
following the nothingness into the heart center without agenda or expectation?
How deep is your devotion to both the Light and your own Spirituality?
Emergence~ This is the end result, the inevitable consequence of the preceding
themes, the capacity to emerge as a fully awakened, aware, actualized and
authentic expression of Self. With this emergence is complete joy, a sense of
profound peace, the desire to create in all of your waking moments while sleep
becomes a continual journey into dimensions of remembrance and renewal. To
emerge in the true transparency and light of Self is to wear your body
differently and effortlessly conspire with conscious acts of Self Love,
understanding anew that it is only from the well-spring of Self Love and
uncensored expressions of Spiritual Being, that one can truly love and be in
service to another.
Take
a moment to contemplate the invitation here, to feel the vibrational essence
extended to each. Stepping back from this ascending spiral of new thought and
potential, it is no coincidence that acronym of this movement into a New
Consciousness Spectrum, is TIDE. The energy and motion of waves, be they in the form of water, of light or
of consciousness, is One with the rhythm of nature and all of Existence. The
Ascension Wave is comprised of the ebb and flow of Creation: inflow and
outflow, increasing and decreasing, rising and falling rhythm resulting in the
waves of the tides of Evolution.
You have
chosen a time to incarnate and be present on Earth during the single greatest
flow, increase and rise of light frequency and consciousness ever available to
humankind. You came here with power and strength and purpose beyond the
thought-forms you have entertained and explored with the human mind, brain and
intellect. You are a vibrational conduit for God Being, Source Energy, the All
That Is.
As we move
into the 2nd half of a New Earth year, imagine this new tide of being rising up
from the inner wisdom and reservoir of Self. Commit sacred moments each day to
your new levels of TRUST, INNER AUTHORITY and DEEPENING and you will be swept
into the new currents of consciousness and energy now present to sustain the
Awakening Self; aligning with your own EMERGENCE. These are the tools of the New
Paradigm and the bridges to a New Human, New Earth, 5D World.

Claiming The Self, Shifting The Authority In Our Lives
Authority Authority Authority
– who do you answer to in your life and for what reason? We are in a Grand Shift
that ultimately asks each of us to
re-consider the idea of authority in our individual life and in our world. The
structure of power is changing on our planet, a new grid is forming and
humanity has the very real potential of reclaiming their sovereignty and
freedom. I recently did a mini-reading for a listener to the New Human Paradigm that reflects the
shift from mind to heart, from fear
to trust and from victim to empowered creator; a pivot
the whole of our species is confronted with at this time. From the question to the spiraling wisdom
within this New Paradigm response,
there is something of value here for the many as we step up once again into new
levels of authority and self-responsibility for our lives!
Question: Can I totally heal my health problems;
skin, mental health. Also - insomnia - which I started taking sleeping pills
for and the side effects are nearly as bad as the pills. I have been doing
primal therapy for some years - it's about accessing early trauma and reliving
it for health. I started accessing my birth and the feelings are horrendous and
very difficult to feel. These feelings on the rise cause the insomnia and some
panic attacks. I'm not sure I can go through with this therapy - it's extremely
difficult and expensive. I am looking for a way to heal from another state of
consciousness. I would like to know if that is possible.
New Consciousness reflection:
When you sent the
first email with the question about your health~ I felt such a strong presence
and authority around you~ guides, ascended masters and of course, your Soul. I got immediate
feedback to reflect to you that your question sounds as if you are wanting
"psychic" advice. That is the first place you are losing energy and
power - which opens you up to dis-ease of body and mind - as well as attracting
old paradigm healing methods? As a listener to the show, you are aware we are
shifting to a New Paradigm of consciousness and energy as a new reality on
Earth. Much of this phenomenon is happening via the earth's movement into a new
solar system and alignment with the Galactic Center. New atmosphere for Gaia -
new atmosphere for humanity - with is directly affecting DNA. BUT - and
this is a significant BUT - this shift and upgrade of body, mind and spirit to
a new humanity is a PARTNERSHIP - it is a co-creative process that we must give
our conditioned selves over to, THAT is the way out of the illusion and back
"home". Home is the remembrance of the True Self, Authentic Self -
along with the mastery, wisdom and innate power of one who is whole and
Eternal.
The Old Paradigm
is penance, struggle, suffering and fear. Panic attracts and even sleeplessness
reflect attachment and fear. The therapy and "steps" to healing you
described are in many ways - part of the Old Paradigm, as well. They have been
around a long time - I've experienced them my self to a minimal degree and over
2 decades ago. That is because they reflect a time and phase of awaking that we
have moved vibrationally beyond. These methods were important at one time
because we did not have the light frequency or dimensional support system in
place that we do now. A new grid is activating within our earth and in you!
However, if your personal identity – Emma aspect has history or fear, memory or
belief that are tethered to the past - if you continue sending energy OUT of
your physical and light body, seeking the thing that will heal you and set you
free - you are communicating to the UEF (Universal Energy Field) your guides
and Higher Self that you are still attached to - in belief of experiences
and situations that render you powerless.
Karma is no
longer relevant nor present in the New Paradigm - the energies now anchoring as
a new earth environment. To go into your
past and dredge up horrendous events that took place when you were a different
consciousness and with less awareness
and light than who you are today - is not only not the best use of your time,
it can be detrimental to your emotional,
mental, physical and mental well being. It would be like pouring black ink into
a glass of living waters. Whereas the New Paradigm
discipline and intent is to begin with the glass of living water - your vessel
as living light. And then to begin consciously
and with intention and authority - shifting every facet of your 3D reality to
reflect this LIGHT. Do you see the
difference here - the different use and understanding of energy. The new human
consciousness reflects - I AM only Light
- I am already whole, in perfect health, a powerful creator with a life
that reflects joy and abundance. Then that same new
consciousness looks honestly at every corner and pocket of the reality around
it - job, relationships, diet and how the body is nurtured and cared for, how
one's energy is invested in regards to biological family and social activities,
time in nature and and stillness - running energy TOWARD service and away from
past debts etc. Then the question becomes, “How can I keep the glass of living
water clear - what needs to be LET GO and what can I pivot my time and energy
toward to MAINTAIN LIGHT?” Because reaching BACK into old debt and belief and
suggested karma - is both exhaustive and cuts off the endless supply of
these new light frequencies. One practice shows you more shadow - the other,
more Light.
I do not doubt
this therapy you are doing is resulting in insomnia and very real physical
dis-ease. Primarily because it is counter-intuitive
to the light and activation and remembrance waking up in you!! You have already
partly answered your own question -
which you are always empowered to do!! People think they do not receive
guidance - but the greater truth is that solutions
are often being sought through the old consciousness and understanding - the
belief that answers are out there or that there is someone wiser or that one
must suffer and create more debt and be stressed. Old Old Old. That this therapy gives
you panic attacks and insomnia and uncertainty is GUIDANCE to SHIFT -
pivot away from that direction and use of energy!
Is it possible to
heal and return to well being while feeling peace and being supported?
ABSOLUTELY! But YOU have to be
willing to allow that and relax your current energetics of engrained thought
and belief, (which is like depriving the body of oxygen!) the
"BUT" the egoic self throws up and then points to OLD, PAST
experience to validate its limitations. You must acknowledge your part in
perpetuating the old experience - and determine to LET THE OLD GO!! The fact
your consciousness pivoted here to THIS light and frequency - speaks to your readiness
to walk a new path of Self and belief.
Beyond the words
and considerations here - there is a lot of energy running on your behalf. NEW
energy and invitation. Spend some time
- go into stillness and walk in nature with what has been extended. I
feel sure you will have new questions to counter the ones you came to this
moment with. Often times it is not that our questions are not being answered -
it is that we need to ask NEW ones. Trust your Self and FOLLOW THE ENERGY -
there is new support and possibility all around you. Step in the new
direction!!
